Our Beginners Personalised Meditation Online Course are either One-to-One, or as part of a small group:
Course Contents:
This course is run over 3 individual sessions that usually take place once a week with Maddie.
The first session of approx. 90 minutes explores your individual reasons, inspirations and practicalities to meditate. Along with what type of meditation would suit you best.
The second and third session are about an hour long and help you go deeper into looking at what gets in the way and day to day questions and challenges.
You are also supported with tasks and goals for the week ahead.
After the 3 sessions, you will be set up to continue your own regular practice and can always book additional one-to-one support for any challenges or questions along the way.
You can also join one of our Meditation Support Pods to help you keep a regular practice going and be part of a small group of like minded meditators and share experiences and inspirations.
Do also join our free Online Meditation most Sundays 7pm on Zoom. No need to commit, just drop in when you can.

One-to-One Courses

Small Group Courses:
These follow the same format as the One-to-One Courses, but include you and up to 3 others. It will be the same people each week.

I learnt to meditate when I was 13 and have since attended numerous courses and retreats culminating in running my own classes and groups for the last 23 years.
I teach with care and compassion, honouring each person’s individual needs and circumstances.
