What We Offer
We offer 3 types of residential retreats:
Deep Heart Retreats to learn easy meditation techniques and ways of bringing deep compassion to yourself and others.
Our Unity Retreats for those who want to go deeper into the meditation space and unconditional love within for healing (open to beginners too)
And Dissolving Retreats for experienced meditators who want to dive deep into more silent unled group meditations.
“I’ve been running our retreats now for over 21 years and my ethos is very simple: I’m passionate about providing a caring, deeply nurturing, empathic heart-centred space for individuals to find their way in an often challenging day-to-day world. We provide a haven from the busy-ness and stress, to connect deepy with nature and teach really practical skills for finding peace and unconditional love within.
Also it was especially important to keep the focus neutral, so we are non-religious without any specific spiritual teachings, so we can be really open to all faiths and none.”
This is not a ‘business’ to make money, much more of a ‘Service’ to humanity in my own little way.

Small group sessions to deeply relax, learn simple meditations and connect with your heart.
Please note we do have neighbours and can not always guarantee a silent space, although generally it is very peaceful here.
Our Retreats are designed to complement and not replace any treatment/advice from your medical doctor or mental health advisor – always ask their advice first.
Our retreats are not designed as a “therapy” and no therapeutic advice is given – they are offered as a support in your spiritual journey.
