What happens on our Alumer Heart Courses and Retreats?
Is this right for me and other FAQ.

Are you deeply affected by the state of the planet and want to help in the transformation of human consciousness?
Our Alumer Heart Courses help you access healing energy for yourself, others and the world.

This course is for a small group of up to 8 individuals where you meet each week over 2 months on Zoom to learn meditations and practices to bring more healing and heart consciousness to your everyday.

Each Zoom session is approximately 2 hours from 7 to 9pm.  Access is easy on most computers / tablets or smartphones.

There is also a 5 day retreat in our beautiful sanctuary here in Wales included in the package

  • Practical Supported Meditations
  • Emotional Support including private one-to-one sessions
  • Develop deep supportive connections with others on the group
  • It’s like a healing mini-retreat every week
  • Ways of continuing the support after the course has finished

Each week there will be teachings, guided meditations, sharing time and simple homework set to help you ground the practices in the everyday and create new healthful habits.
The 5 day residential retreat then helps you go much deeper with the practices.
The course also includes 2 one-to-one private support sessions with Maddie. Additional sessions are usually available at an extra cost.

The whole course including the retreat in Wales only costs £595.

No experience necessary, for more information or to book your place just contact Maddie at maddie@heartspring.co.uk

FAQ – frequently asked questions:

What if I miss a Zoom Session?   Don’t worry I can send you a recording along with the homework!

I am a practising Christian/Muslim/Jew/Buddhist etc, is that ok?    Of course, all religious/spiritual paths welcome. All our courses are neutral, so do not ask you to change any of your values and beliefs.

Do I need to be an experienced meditator?   We welcome all abilities – whether you are brand new to meditation or have followed a practice for a long time.

Can I reach your centre for the 5 day retreat by public transport?   Yes there are bus and train links to Machynlleth, and local buses to our village, or we can collect you from the station

Do you do courses without the residential retreat?  Yes we hope to offer these soon, let us know of your interest by email/message.

Can I just come for a retreat without the online course?  Sorry this is not something we are offering at the moment

Can I bring my dog/companion animal on the retreat?  Sorry we can not offer that here at our centre, but you can bring your companion (human or otherwise) to some of the local accommodations.

I am on a special diet, is this possible for the food on the retreat?  Yes on our residential retreats all the food is plant based and we can cater for food allergies, just let us know.

What is the accommodation on your retreats?  The retreats include all the activities of the retreats along with lunches and evening meals, you then just return each evening to the local accommodation that you need to book separately to the retreat.
We can offer you details of various local places for all budgets, such as Campsites, Hostels, B&B’s, Hotels, Holiday Cottages etc.

How do I know if your course is right for me?  Do give me a ring or send an email and I can hopefully answer any question you might have. I have been running retreats and courses for over 23 years, so do read our reviews and see what you think!

How do I book?  Just phone or send me an email so we can arrange a phone chat to make sure the course is right for you and to answer any questions you may have. Then a £100 deposit is needed to secure your place, with the balance due a month before the course starts. Payment can be via Paypal or Bank Transfer

Please note we have an elderly cat called Molly who also lives here, so we can not guarantee a cat allergy free space for the Wales Retreat.
