A Little of our History:

From a past Heartspring Newsletter:

Heartspring was born in 2001 when I started my first retreat centre in Hill House. This was an inspiring 4 floor Victorian house on a hill overlooking the estuary in Llansteffan. It was known as the pink house as it was very pink and clearly visible and beautiful all around. We ran retreats here for over 11 years.

In 2013 we then moved to Berrybush in Stroud Gloucestershire. Here Heartpring Retreats were based in various cabins and shepherd’s huts which were amazing. It was posh rustic living!

In 2018 we then ran our retreats in a spectacular location in Bigbury on Sea in Devon. It was wonderful to be back by the sea again with the sound of the waves as a lullaby in your sleep!

Now we are back in Wales!  We are only half an hour from the sea and have the added advantage of being amongst the beautiful hills, mountains, waterfalls and forests.  The scenery can be very elemental and wild and yet we have all the modern comforts too.
We’ve been so lucky to have lived in so many stunning locations and to be able to share them with our wonderful guests. Do join us sometime soon!
