Our Alumer Heart Courses and Retreats teach simple led meditations for inner resourcefulness for deep personal inner peace and healing.
This encompases how to access and channel Infinite / Universal Love Energy * within and to focus that Love to our collective consciousness to bring more Unity to ourselves and the planet.
The courses offer really practical ways of developing this Love Energy to flow through your whole being in powerful ways for change and transformation.
The meditations and practices are simple, well supported and are about really experiencing this Love and not just a learning a theory.

Each Course Package includes 7 evening Zoom group sessions over 2 months, plus a 5 day retreat in our beautiful sanctuary here in Wales.
2 one-to-one support online sessions are included as well.
The whole Course Package only costs £595

• Very small groups (up to 8 participants) Online with a Residential Retreat in our beautiful Sanctuary here in Stunning West Wales
• A mixture of teaching simple “take-home” skills with support to practice simple healing meditations at home
• Develop deep supportive connections with others on the course
• Ways of continuing the support after the course has finished

The 5 day retreat is based in our Beautiful Healing Centre in West Wales and includes the full programme of activities and meditations, along with lunches and evening meals.
We can recommend local places to stay, so you can arrange your own accommodation.
