What happens on our Alumer Courses and Retreats?
Are you deeply affected by the state of the planet and want to help in the transformation of human consciousness?
Our Alumer Courses help you learn to channel and radiate Love and Peace Energy to help in this transformation.
These are the skills needed to become an “Alumer”
This course is for a small group of up to 8 individuals. You meet weekly over 2 months online to learn meditations and practices to bring more love energy to your everyday.
Each Zoom session is approximately 2 hours from 7 to 9pm. Access is easy on most computers / tablets or smartphones.
There is also a 5 day retreat either online in your own home, or here in our beautiful sanctuary in Wales included in the package
- Practical Supported Meditations
- Personalised teaching direct with Maddie
- Emotional Empathic Support including 2 private one-to-one sessions
- Develop deep supportive connections with others on the group
- It’s like a healing mini-retreat every week
- Ways of continuing the support after the course has finished

Each week there will be teachings, guided meditations, sharing time and simple homework.
All of this is to help you ground the practices in the everyday and create new healthful habits.
The 5 day residential retreat then helps you go much deeper with the practices.
The course also includes 2 one-to-one private support sessions with Maddie at times to suit you.
Additional sessions are usually available at an extra cost.
The whole course including the retreat (either online or in Wales) only costs £595.

Please note we have an elderly cat called Molly who also lives here. So we can not guarantee a cat allergy free space for the Wales Retreat.
