How do I know if the course is right for me?
How is this different to learning from a book or an online course with videos?
This course is very different and totally personalised. You are learning directly with Maddie the teacher, live at each session so you are fully supported and inspired to take the steps you need. You are also part of a heart connected small group, which helps even more!
I'd love to learn to channel Love - but I don't know what Love is. Can these courses help?
This is a common question as the word Love is culturally used and misused in so many ways. It’s a core topic of our courses to understand and really feel this unconditional, universal and infinite Love – come and find out!
Do I need to come on the One Day Course to attend the Full Course?
You can come to the Full Course without coming to the One Day Course first. But if you do, you get 10% off the cost for the Full Course
Do I need to be an experienced meditator?
We welcome all abilities – whether you are brand new to meditation or have followed a practice for a long time.
What if I miss a Zoom Session?
Don’t worry I can send you an audio recording along with the homework!
I am a practising Christian/Muslim/Jew/Buddhist etc, is that ok?
Of course, all religious/spiritual paths welcome. All our courses are neutral, so do not ask you to change any of your values and beliefs.
Do you offer Alumer Courses without the residential retreat?
Yes, you are welcome to attend the Residential Retreat part of the course from your own home via Zoom. Or join one of our One Day Introductory Days Online
Our Wales Retreat Questions
Can I reach your centre by public transport?
Yes there are bus and train links to Machynlleth, and local buses to our village. We can also collect you from the station
Do you offer Alumer Courses without the residential retreat?
Yes, you are welcome to attend the Residential Retreat part of the course from your own home via Zoom or join one of our One Day Introductory Courses online
Can I stay at your retreat centre without being on a course?
Sorry this is not something we can offer at moment
Can I bring my dog/companion animal to the retreat centre?
We can not offer this because of our facilities, however some of the local accommodations welcome companions: humans and dogs etc
What is the food on the Wales Retreat?
All the food we offer is plant based and we try to cater for food allergy requests, although our kitchen is not allergen free.
What is the accommodation on the Wales Retreats?
Our Wales Residential Retreats include lunches and evening meals and then you return to your local accommodation which you can book yourself (we have a list available), or if enough people ask, we can do a block booking at one of the local holiday cottages. We can provide transport to and from our centre each day
Please note we have an elderly cat called Molly who also lives here. So we can not guarantee a cat allergy free space for the Wales Retreat.

How Do I Book?
Just phone or send an email so we can arrange a phone chat. We can then talk through any questions and to make sure the course is right for you. For the One Day Course, the full payment of £60 is needed in advance.
For the Full Course a £100 deposit is needed to secure your place, with the balance due a month before the course starts. Payment can be via Paypal or Bank Transfer: Click here for the Paypal link
